Some lures go through the entire process and simply don’t make the cut. Rather than keep them hanging up they are now for sale. They swim perfect. Have all the same hardware but might have a slight blemish in the paintwork or other slight fault. They will still catch fish!!! It’s just the lure will cost you half the normal price. Fill ya boots.
